Junction View Images

Junction View Images enable guidance on complex highway intersections and motorway ring intersections around urban areas, reduce driver frustration/confusion and improve the overall navigation experience.

Junction View Images are designed to simplify lane level guidance at complex intersections with simple easy to understand 2D images.

Data Features

• Junction View Images are based on road geometry and a bundle of navigable attributes creating situation specific guiding images
• Arrows indicate driving directions which are coded in the database and can be used to overlay the visual of the intersection

Format

• Available in NAVTEQ formats GDF, SIF, RDF with image (JPEG) in library and NAVSTREETS
