NAVTEQ works directly with our partner universities to create customized learning experiences for students such as developer competitions, guest speakers and class projects. NAVTEQ can work with your program to demonstrate how Location and mobile technology are leading a technology revolution.

The Center for Environmental Research & Technology (CERT) at the University of California, Riverside, is a recognized leader in environmental education, a collaborator with industry and government to improve the technical basis for regulations and policy, a creative source of new technology, and a contributor to a better understanding of the environment.
The Technische Universität Braunschweig is the oldest Institute of Technology in Germany (founded in 1745) with today more than twenty research institutes. The Institute for Transportation and Urban Engineering is one of the leading traffic research institutes in Germany. Its main research topics are: traffic flow modeling (micro and macro), signal control optimization and ITS applications, e.g. car-to-infrastructure communication.
Since its founding in 1959, the University of Michigan-Dearborn has been distinguished by its commitment to providing excellent educational opportunities responsive to the needs of southeastern Michigan. The European Satellite Navigation Competition is an international competition looking for innovative ideas based on satellite navigation. Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurs, students, and researchers think of new ways on using the signals from global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) like GPS or GALILEO.
Purdue University, located in West Lafayette, Indiana, U.S., is the flagship university of the six-campus Purdue University System. Purdue offers both undergraduate and graduate programs in over 210 major areas of study. The University of Notre Dame is a private institution that was founded in 1842. It has a doctoral research university (extensive) Carnegie classification. Notre Dame has an enrollment of over 11,000 students, and it is consistently ranked in US News and World Report as a top-twenty national research university.
Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) is a private, Ph.D.-granting university with more than 7,500 students in engineering, sciences, architecture, psychology, design, humanities, business, and law. IIT's interprofessional, technology-focused curriculum is designed to advance knowledge through research and scholarship and to cultivate invention improving the human condition.
Since its founding in 1867, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has earned a reputation as a world-class leader in research, teaching, and public engagement. The University enrolls nearly 28,000 undergraduate students and over 9,000 graduate and professional students. It is among the top five universities in number of earned doctorates awarded annually in the United States.
A major research institution in downtown Chicago, UIC is committed to creating and disseminating new knowledge as a university of national and international stature.
