Every year, the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge puts together an esteemed panel of judges made up executives from leading wireless carriers, handset manufacturers, tool and platform providers, and venture capitalists. Representatives on the panel come from all segments of the LBS value chain and include a group that is dedicated to moving the LBS industry forward.
