Activity Details for Microsoft TechDays

16,000 delegates and 200 journalists are expected to attend the upcoming Microsoft TechDays in Paris the week before Mobile World Congress.The event targets Microsoft developers, integrators, solution providers as well as the early-adopter end-users. You’ll be able to visit 300 workshops and 130 exhibitors during these TechDays.

  • Visit NAVTEQ Enterprise Booth D23 in the Business Intelligence Microsoft Village. You can learn about the different ways to develop apps using NAVTEQ map data and location content.
  • Visit NN4D at the Bing Maps Booth W-11 in the Cloud Computing and Web Zone. Laura Diaz from NN4D and Chris Pendleton from Bing Maps will discuss how our partnership directly impacts your development efforts. Bing Maps uses NAVTEQ map data in its Bing Maps for Enterprise platform. Check out www.microsoft.com/maps for more details.
  • Don’t miss Chris Pendleton, Technical Evangelist from Bing Maps present, “Developing Applications with Bing Maps” on Monday, 8th February at 4:00-5:00 p.m. where you will get an overview of what Bing Maps brings to the table with its massive cloud repository consisting of roads, satellite imagery, aerial photos and their new Streetside™ imagery. Then, get into the bits and bytes of how to add Bing Maps to your applications using JavaScript, SOAP or Microsoft Silverlight. Come for the overview, stay for the code.
