NAVTEQ identifies changes to the road network through a variety of more than 80,000 sources – including the local knowledge of our field force and input from the more than 100 million uses of NAVTEQ maps everyday.
Additionally, our online Map Reporter tool enables clear and timely feedback from the people who use our maps. NAVTEQ investigates each map report in to identify needed changes to the NAVTEQ map. Many Map Reporter submissions prove to be about locations we already have in our map, but are not in the version of the map the consumer is using.
Implementing a map feedback channel is fast and easy. By using online marker tools to interact with the NAVTEQ map, users can pinpoint an exact location on the map and suggest updates or corrections.
Become a Map Reporter™ and your input may appear on leading devices, applications and navigation systems. You're feedback can help guide millions of travelers each day.
