Jeff has been involved in the technical writing field for over a decade, including stints in the entertainment software industry and most recently in telecommunications. Prior to NAVTEQ, Jeff worked in the product development group at Sega of America and in the technical support area at Cisco Systems.

Jeff attended San Jose State University with a focus in journalism and technical writing and thus enjoys creating both technical and non-technical content. Based in NAVTEQ's Santa Clara, CA office, Jeff is responsible for executing ongoing technical writing, as well as NN4D Partner Zones, NAVTEQ Connections and PDP webinar management.

Ejaz Iqbal is a Technical Consultant at NAVTEQ. He received his degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and has over 12 years of experience in the information technology. Prior to joining NAVTEQ he worked for Lucent Technologies and Tellabs Inc., on variety of software development and testing projects. As a consultant he supports Network for Developers, LBS Challenge and Developer Forums. Ejaz also authors whitepapers and delivers technical webinars to the NN4D community.
