Stephanie came to the NN4D as part of NAVTEQ's acquisition of Mapsolute. Based in Germany, Stephanie is responsible for technical writing, documentation, forum, and email support for Map Reporterand MapTP. Stephanie has a strong blend of technical acumen and documentation subject- matter expertise making her a valuable resource to our organization.

Stephanie received a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany, and a MSc. in Computer Science from a joint program at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt and from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. Additionally, she has studied Information and Documentation for two years.

Kristina made the transition to the partner and developer program team after spending time with NAVTEQ’s consumer group. Kristina provides marketing event support on a global basis for developer-targeted shows and events, including the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge, JavaOne, Symbian Smartphone and others.

Kristina’s experience working within the NAVTEQ sales organization has enabled her to take an immediate lead to ensure that NAVTEQ puts its best presence forward during events. Kristina’s background includes both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history. She strongly believes that NN4D is totally awesome.

NAVTEQ Traffic provides continuously streamed information about traffic conditions. NAVTEQ Traffic is comprised of flow and incident data aggregated from multiple sources and rigorously tested. The data sources include from multiple sources including GPS vehicular probes, roadway sensors, and Operations Centers.

NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns

NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns is a historical database with information about the average traffic flow velocity for specific sections of roadways, geo-referenced to the NAVTEQ map. NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns enables more accurate navigation calculations so drivers can avoid typical congestion areas, and rely on more accurate arrival time estimates.
