Jeff has been involved in the technical writing field for over a decade, including stints in the entertainment software industry and most recently in telecommunications. Prior to NAVTEQ, Jeff worked in the product development group at Sega of America and in the technical support area at Cisco Systems. Jeff attended San Jose State University with a focus in journalism and technical writing and thus enjoys creating both technical and non-technical content. Based in NAVTEQ's Santa Clara, CA office, Jeff is responsible for executing ongoing technical writing, as well as NN4D Partner Zones, NAVTEQ Connections and PDP webinar management. |
